1) I think the "farmer" pharse is meaningless in the current situation, but why:

Before the lock-up, allowances were given to users based on open rank. At that time, being a farmer made sense! Naturally, the free money that was classified as early and more active did NOT belong to them & they did NOT bother to get it. In that situation, if someone said that the allowance does not belong to you until you claim it, they would be absolutely right.

Do you think those who were banned should be able to unlock early?

Was just a thought on what could be considered fair.
