Anyone else experience bruising from resistance training? After a “normal” workout, I developed bruising on my triceps underneath my arms. The internet is pretty light and inconsistent on data/information on the topic, and am a bit concerned. Vitamin deficiency, immunodeficiency, sprain, etc all possible.

Who took the pic???? I get this almost identically after doing hard yoga classes (crow poses, extensions)- I wouldn’t worry too much. They go away in a couple of days usually.

Meta ray-ban glasses, they are a good wearable for the price and I’m currently addicted to them (yes yes Facebook evil etc) A quick google shows knees on arms in that pose; do you think it’s from contact / pressure? In my case I don’t think those spots had physical contact with anything

Oh that's cool as hell. And yeah, crow pose connects knees to elbows, so it's from the pressure and contact of those two together. You mentioned bench-pressing, so perhaps it's just from your triceps hitting the bench at the bottom of the press. In the moment you wouldn't notice it, but next time see if they touch.
