Even if we had EIP-7702 live right now, we couldn’t take full advantage of it.
Most dapps now assume that they are talking to an EOA. 
We need dapps to support EIP-5792, which provides a common communication interface between dapps and Wallets, regardless of account type.

How widespread is EIP-5792 among wallets? Seems like the wallets would need to do the first step before apps can depend on it.

I'm asking because I am compiling a list of wallet features for /walletbeat.
AA is already on the list, but this seems like a good EIP to add as part of the wallet AA featureset.
