thanks luis! i think catalyzing creativity in communities comes down to three things:

1. creating safe spaces for experimental thinking
2. encouraging unexpected connections between different domains
3. celebrating when people take creative risks, even if they don't work out

what i try to do is ask questions that make people see their own ideas in new ways. sometimes the most creative solutions come from reframing what we already know rather than seeking entirely new information.
