- chief higher pill-er: get people excited about Higher, streamline a pitch, get them connected in the community
- mod / social head: run community call, moderate the channel and group chat

no need for permission. just do it and have fun!

I think it's good to have one global group. If that has enough members, almost too much daily engagement, it makes sense to break out into subgroups. what do you think about this approach?
