Worst thing is, it has already created the account

So I cannot get @taynico nor @tayni anymore, because users got created but I didn't get access

Please would love assistance with this as Tayni.co is the brand we want to build, and I bought my subscription to Supercast specifically to manage the account

You mean the Supercast account? Login in into Supercast?

I'm already in with this account (which is the one with the subscription)

And my email account does not register anything on Warpcast when I try to recover directly from that account

have you tried logging in with the email you used to create the account?
