I'm cooking my family a mediterranean-inspired dinner tomorrow for Mother's day. Here's the current plan (first menu is abstract & given before dinner, second menu is the actual dishes)

They're a tough crowd to please. Will report back on how it turns out

The mother's day menu was a big hit! 

The pizza in particular was a highlight - I heard some whispers of "best pizza they've ever had".

Only issue was the cake was undercooked so the middle was more of a pudding consistency. Alas, still tasted great!
