I went to the tiny museum of medicine in Osaka connected to the shrine and asked the curator if it was okay to use Google Translate since all the text was in Japanese. He was fascinated and really excited! It was a small museum so I was able to read it all. As I was leaving he asked me to wait and came back with this paper mache tiger!! The shrine sells them, but only at certain times of the year! I am so happy and feeling extra blessed!

Yes! He’s been to the US 5 times and he said photos were totally okay, but u told him I mainly wanted the translation and he thought it was really cool! He downloaded the app!
