Did you know that before the 19th century, lobsters and oysters were poor people's food in London and elsewhere? People literally fished them out of the Thames and sold them on the street

It would be interesting to know how it became a luxury food. And I’m just running to check 😂

I mean shellfish are basically sea insects aren't they
