How to tune your mind to "Here and Now" 1️⃣Stop and notice your feelings and thoughts at the moment. 2️⃣Focus on your breath and how it moves through your body. 3️⃣Pay attention to your surroundings, notice the sounds, smells and sensations. 4️⃣Try to focus on the current task or action you are performing. 5️⃣If your mind begins to take you to the past or future, return to your breath and surroundings to return to the present moment. 6️⃣Practice meditation or yoga regularly to improve your ability to focus on the here and now.
