US Supreme Court Allows Federal Authorities to Sell 69,000 Silk Road Bitcoins The US Supreme Court has rejected a lawsuit filed by Battle Born Investments, granting federal authorities the right to dispose of 69,370 bitcoins confiscated from the darknet marketplace Silk Road. Earlier, the San Francisco Court of Appeals also rejected the company's claims to these assets. US authorities have not yet commented on plans to sell bitcoins.

SEC files lawsuit against Rari Capital: MATIC, LINK, FTM, UST and RGT under suspicion The SEC continues to clean up the crypto market! This time, the Rari Capital platform and its founders have come under attack. They are accused of illegally selling securities in the form of crypto assets, including such popular tokens as MATIC, LINK, FTM, UST and RGT. 💼 What happened? Rari Capital offered users to invest crypto in its investment pools - Earn and Fuse, promising high returns. According to the SEC, these tokens and pools were securities, but were not registered in accordance with the law. 🔥 Why is this important? Particular attention is paid to the RGT token, which was used in the governance system, but was actually an investment contract. After a serious hack, when more than $80 million was stolen, the platform faced even more problems.
