I just want to see more people succeed as founders with the following 10 qualities:

1. Repulsed by startup culture 
2. Motivated so deeply by their project rather than status/accolades that they are willing to enter the ethical minefield that is being a founder
3. Do not believe they are god’s gift to man
4. Recognize shark behaviour is actually minding your own business in the ocean of life and not being cutthroat and after blood
5. Believe diverse viewpoints are essential and enriching and not leftist talking points 
6. Do not wear hoodies every day
7. Identify as a woman that is not threatened by the success of other women
8. Have not been funded by Peter Thiel
9. Do not have “move fast and break things” as their culture 
10. Categorically refuse to do “fireside chats”
