The famous book "Blue Ocean Strategy" has a deeply valuable insight: the proper unit of analysis for outperformance isn't specific sectors or companies, it's the strategic move. There aren't any companies that outperform forever.

I think this applies directly to individuals. I don't believe in the cult of personality.

I believe an alternative global equity capital market can be built on top of Ethereum, as long as it requires from issuers the same (or higher) governance standards as traditional markets do.

This would be the killer app.
