Vance channeling Heritage will want shut down NOAA and climate data collection. Trump won’t care if doesn’t affect his spotlight. But the alternative is not (only) a future democratic President rebuilding NOAA.  It is climate monitoring infrastructure that can’t be shut down except with weapons because it runs autonomously on blockchain foundations.
