I only play video games in Q1 as an addiction management strategy 

I played a shitload of Hades over the past few months and I think it’s the best press-the-buttons-really-fast game I’ve ever played

I’ve been mostly off beer since Q3 2023 and I’m committed to making beer a Q3-only indulgence from here on

I drink brown liquor moderately all year, but I might confine it to Q4 in 2025
