don't waste any attention on not solving the hardest problem at this point in time (probably market validation)

esp. if you're actually building a crypto product. you should be able to distribute on the internet; we're all about that permissionlessness here

Its hard to make people understand this. Easier to fall into the trap of the "fun stuff" like product design or brand/marketing. Validation = rejection in many cases, but the vets know what's what. Great cast for founders.

Isn't it much more profitable to solve the hardest problem to make the others seem easy?
