Here are my 2 cents for local food: Van 't Spit (at least it has a Dutch name). Piet de Leeuw is known for his steak. A bit more chic Paardenburgh in Ouderkerk has been serving Dutch cuisine for more than 375 years

Don't forget the Febo (kalfskroket, yamm...) and herring. Both street food on the go.
