Being a customer is an extremely web2 thing

In the crypto space, no one wants to feel like a customer - it’s about community ownership

I pay for one thing in the crypto space and that’s Warpcast - and if you’ve tried to onboard people, you’ve probably seen friends even balk at that

Everything else I use is completely free

You don’t need to pay for anything in this space to do well

Even if they regret everything for a small amount of money, they are probably limited in knowledge and technology
