"What are those big gaps in lower-end of FIDs but no activity?" Based on a hint from @artlu, I used the new search "from:" feature in Warpcast to find a high-level explanation. I wonder if the contracts changed, and now you can't register a FID without paying for storage, because we don't see these issues any more?
