made a quick stir fry for dinner with some seasoned pork that was 半額 (Hangaku, half price) at the supermarket along with onions, piman peppers, mushrooms, and peas

so happy to have all my old cast iron pans from my last home here in Japan so i don't have to start over with unseasoned pans

Last weekend I made steak, shrimp, and salmon hibachi with fried rice, veggies, and an egg roll. Homemade yum yum sauce is honestly so easy to make and delicious 🥩🍤🍚
