Microsoft has confirmed the postponement of Avowed — the release date of the fantasy RPG from the creators of Pillars of Eternity and The Outer Worlds Following recent rumors, Microsoft publishing has confirmed the postponement of the fantasy role-playing game Avowed from developers from the studio Obsidian Entertainment (Pillars of Eternity, The Outer Worlds dilogy) to a later date. Recall that Avowed was announced for the fall of 2024 (November 12, according to the June leak), however, senior editor of The Verge Tom Warren predicted the game would be postponed to the beginning of 2025.
