It's a bonding curve system. When a person buys DEPE, the curve minting DEPE to the buyer. When a person sell DEPE, the curve burns DEPE taken from the seller. Thus, the current supply keeps increasing/decreasing based on the DEPE demands. This is how the liquidity runs automatically thru the bonding curve.

I don't think so. Mint Club is the only DEX at the moment. But it's just day 2 of this L3 chain. I'm pretty much sure that the AMM based DEX will come out soon.
