Jason, I may have just missed it elsewhere, but I'm curious what was the idea behind the name Moxie for this? Moxie Marlinspike came to mind, but I don't see any obvious connection/inspiration there.

That’s kinda my association, too. Some character in a “golden age of Hollywood” movie telling another, “Say, you’ve got a lotta moxie, kid, and how!”

It was a popular word on the 1920's 1930's to represent a playful spirit, maybe a play on that?
