Insights from this week in vertical video:  “How do I grow a following on social media?” One of the most valuable, consistent pieces of advice I hear from well-known, well-loved creators is: you need brutally honest feedback from your colleagues & community.   Not all feedback is created equal: if you want to grow, you need to hear from creators whose values are aligned w/yours, whose work reflects quality you admire.  Do this by creating community in a “third place” where folks hang out. If you’re not sure where to start, I recommend finding a creator you love, then showing up to regularly add value in their comments section. I’m grateful to my colleagues @coinguide & @alexpopovic—for the time they make each week for feedback—to the A-Team at Faceless Labs, & the /rise-up community for all they’ve done to support my journey.  If you’re just getting started or you have questions about how to scale (especially in vertical video), let me know!
