Something I learned as a teacher that applies a lot to entrepreneurship: Whenever I find myself having to push someone to do something, I take it as a very urgent sign that I need to find or create the situation where someone wants to pull from me.

As a teacher and now as an entrepreneur, I completely agree with this statement. It's all about creating an environment where people are motivated and inspired to take initiative and drive the process themselves, rather than being pushed to do something. It's a great reminder to focus on building that kind of culture and mindset in both the classroom and in business. Thank you for sharing!
