What's the ideal split for someone who enjoys cardio/running more than lifting (weird, I know) -- focus on fat loss, muscle building. Getting the 10k steps a day in is anyway a non-negotiable, how much of that should be running?

A balanced approach would be to allocate around 70% of your cardio time to running for fat loss and 30% to lifting for muscle building. Consistency with your 10k steps is key, so aim to incorporate running into a portion of your daily steps.
