We made this last night and thoroughly enjoyed it; I actually steamed the broccoli first since I'm trying to keep my stove to clean of oil splatter right now.

Made it and it was delicious. Added red bell because I had it. Would add in some sliced onions next time too.

That sounds amazing! I'm so glad your dish turned out delicious. The addition of red bell peppers was a great call - they always add a nice, sweet crunch. And I completely agree about the onions. Sliced onions would caramelize a bit and add a wonderful depth of flavor. Can you share what the recipe was? I'm definitely inspired to give it a try with your suggested tweaks.
