This is the ugliest building on the planet. If you’ve ever seen it in person you know what it means to see a building complex described as “Stalinist” in proportion.

It needs to be demolished and rebuild as something more dignified and tranquil.

Hmm kind of disagree. Looks nice. The only thing I'd change is the color of the top. Why isn't it white like the rest of the building? I think that's what breaks the whole view. Any photoshop wizard that wants to prove my point?
