Once it gets good enough though, I wonder

there are telltales for sure that you hear from ai-generated speech but you kind of need to know what to listen for to get them

if i didn't know what to listen for it would've totally sounded non-ai generated and as just something that suffers from compression for a ms or so like on audiocalls over internet

At this point if something isn't digitally signed it should be assumed to be illegitimate
