Massive point, yes. 

Personally, all of my ledgers/vaults are stored offline. I still wouldn't want to lose my hot wallets (which I store digitally) as they are attached to some fun games I play + they have a lot of sentimental NFTs from my early days on chain.

Ok but let’s talk about offline storage of your seedphrase! 

It would be safer not to have it vulnerable to a digital fire in the first place
