test day results. didn't really nail this peak, gonna try a more aggressive taper next time. still happy with the overall progress in the last 10 weeks though! my gym is hosting a meet in 8 weeks, seriously thinking about signing up 👀 squat: 185kg/407lbs (+38lbs) bench: 125kg/275lbs (+22lbs) dead: 235kg/518lbs (+66lbs) total: 545kg/1201lbs (+126lbs) bench made the least progress, I was doing ~11 weekly sets this block and I've had the most success with closer to 20 in the past. gonna add in one extra bench slot and an extra set each day to bring me to ~16, swap some accessories, but otherwise keep everything pretty much the same.
