I need field data on what people consider “fast casual” dining. For me, it’s a very specific thing but some people say halal carts, bodegas, sandwich shops count. What do you consider fast casual?

if a staple item on your menu is a togo protein bowl over rice/salad AND you offer some limited seating. this is what i consider fast casual
