Bird's milk was created by Polish confectioner Jan Wendel in 1936. In the USSR, the candies were poured in 30 years. The "Bird's Milk" cake was invented in 1978 in the confectionery shop of the Moscow restaurant "Prague" under the leadership of the pastry chef V. Guralkina.
