Day 9 of grade 3 ankle sprain. I’ve met with a doctor to start prp and stem cell therapy treatment. It’s a large investment, but I have hopes it can give me a better chance to rebuilding the ankle I had before the injury. He’s also got me on IV drips and a laser IV ( I didn’t even know this was a thing)
