This ignores a couple of things imo:

1) Whatever is negotiated will be popular and truly beneficial for the other countries
2) The other countries can work together to find reliable trade alternatives, or inflict maximum pain on the US to cause and admin change in 3 years and ensure this never happens again.

Nah, the rest of the world is now realizing that they don't actually need US trade, and disadvantaging themselves to appease Trump is just going to cause further instability, because the social contract is now broken, and he absolutely will keep pulling this shit as long as people keep falling for it.
