Solution:
The first hint sentence mentions it’s “somewhere in here” and you can find the city here. Co LÓNDON ’t. Next it mentions, Oz, Kansas, not as colorful and following. Those hinted at the yellow brick road but without the color. BRICK ROAD. As mentioned, doing a quick google search will reveal Brick Lane in London. Using google maps, you could find the street and snap screenshot of the relevant area.
