Lots of learnings and insights from Farcon but one that hit me hard is that as high signal high quality the Farcaster community is, that comes with a huge disadvantage

Since everyone are so capable, we are all (I'm including my self in this sin) trying to push our own thing

As much as I came with a stated goal to find collaborators, it feels like if you really wanna find ppl to build with you, better find them outside of this community.

so true. and users also. maybe the users of what we build here also need to come from the outside

That's probably best cause after all we are just 25K-50K DAU here.... not enough to build a business around
