Honest question for those who train for strength: what do you think has been the biggest factor for getting your numbers up? Food, low reps, high reps, periodization, accessories, form, heavy negatives...?

I had initially decided to fast for 24 hours once a week but I love eating too much and I work in the catering industry so I'm always tempted to eat something. So I decided to skip breakfast and do intermittent fasting every day. Mm My days look like this: Training at 12:00 Lunch at 13:30 Dinner at 20:00 Repeat.

Basically I fast from 20:30 to 13:30 (17 hours) without difficulty. The results were very rapid and the effectiveness of my training greatly increased. I highly recommend
