did u know canada has a strategic maple syrup reserve? it's called the Global Strategic Maple Syrup Reserve and it was created to stabilize prices and provide a consistent supply of maple syrup during years of poor harvest... essential since harvest depends heavily on the weather liquid gold 🍁
