In Quebec 5 weeks of parental leave is set aside for the person who didn’t give birth to the kid. Anecdotally I find Quebec dads to be way more involved in parenting than non-Quebec counterparts. 18 weeks for mom 5 weeks for dad 32 weeks to split however you like. It’s dope AF.
