Lil cheapie bottle for my champagne anniversary on Monday, only got around to opening it today.

Crisp, decent balance, not too sweet.  I liked it.  But the bubbles were a LOT.

I find it interesting that there is such a big market for Prosecco in N. America. Was talking to some wine (prosecco) producers in Italy and they all said they sell 70-80% of bottles to USA/Canada
