Hi Casters. I took a walk with a founder friend of mine yesterday afternoon and was reminded about how awesome walking meetings are. I feel like my mental state is vastly improved in a walking meeting vs a meeting sitting down.

Walking meetings are great for 1-on-1s as well - less adversarial than sitting across from each other
