When people in crypto hear “onboard” they assume some flashy faceless campaign. That’s not how this works. Onboarding happens by telling your friends & family. It means taking time out of your day to teach someone you know what you’ve learned & why it matters. If you won’t do it, why would someone else?

So many people put “onboard 1B to crypto” on their letterhead and then ignore the 1-to-1 land war they need. No one is coming. It’s up to us.
