I’m not a fan of most VCs, and the specific mechanism you’re talking about (free use of brand) doesn’t work for all creators/projects.

do you need VCs if there an incentive for any party to launch coin under your brand and gift you 5% to generate credibility, and if you are free to liquidate it at any point?
