Organizationally, how do you keep track of feature requests & backlog items?

We heavily use GitHub, but our issue tracker has devolved into hundreds of issues (including a combination of bugs, high-priority tasks and low-priority backlog items).

All this love for linear has me wondering…

I use Asana.  I get a lot of hate for it (I dunno why), but it’s quite unopinionated and I love that.
