Some $ goals with Bountycaster. Revenue (not counting airdrops or grants) covers: - expenses w/o salaries (done) - expenses with 1 salary (~75% there) - expenses with 2 salaries (next goal) No plans to fundraise or hire until we hit these (feel good about reaching). Goal is making sure we can be sustainable first

A lot of second time founders I know taking this approach. Aside from keeping up side, constraints force you to face what is most important first.
