How do you see these invites being distributed?  Only by MM or could you buy one?

Immediately I assumed the latter but your reply made me wonder if you are thinking of another mechanism

1. Soften cold start problem for new users

2. Do so in a way that is high signal, and easily distributable (lots of people can use an invite)

3. Help existing users find the “most highly recommended” new users of the protocol
