I think the hypothesis of “get rewarded for providing content the top content creators like” was worthy of exploration.  The original idea was that top creators would be good curators.

Unfortunately like two weeks after launch they allowed people to buy into being curators which made it just like everything other tip coin.

Anyways they locked in the metrics they wanted and now have their line attached to Base instead of FC, so it may see some decent price action and they may be able to raise another round.

It’s nothing world-changing but I don’t think we have seen the last of them.
