We streamline the effort with pancakes at home by doing sheet pancakes. Making them individually feels daunting now :P

What are sheet pancakes?

I make pancakes from scratch semi-regularly and it’s a lot easier than you remember !  As long as you have a good non-stick pan you are golden.

Are you planning on putting the pan back in pancakes?!? 😂

Ooh they're a game changer. Fluffy pancakes, crunchy edges, zero effort. 

Scale up your regular pancake batter for 2 eggs, I like adding some lemon/orange rind to the mix for some pop.

Pour it in a generously buttered baking sheet, bake at 425 for 18-20 mins. 
Remove from the sheet immediately and flip onto a wire rack so that it stays crunchy. 

Add your preferred toppings and breakfast for 4 is ready. It totally puts the "cake" back in pancake
