Besides my previous reply I don’t get the feeling they give many fvcks. They already are threatening to undo trademark agreements that took years to establish. Feels to me they have the upper hand on multiple levels and they are enjoying it. Where is Nike going to go anyway? It can’t be easy setting up new manufacturers https://warpcast.com/trish/0x36198ed0

Trademark agreements and IP agreements took more than a decade to negotiate at the behest of giants like Microsoft and Hollywood Studios. So if china rips these agreements up the trade war will affect more than just physical goods.

To be clear, I’m not happy with any of this but from a human perspective, feeling their schadenfreude a little? Also, I know some small designers who still get their jewelry and toys knocked off and sold. Maybe I’m thinking if the big guys feel it, the little guys can find some justice? I don’t know exactly. I just laugh so I don’t cry in my popcorn
